Living in Shanghai for the past 15 years, Fabien GUÉRIN proudly comes from Normandy, North West of France, with his French wife and his 4 Shanghai born girls

Fabien is the founder of Talent Fishers and currently holds the role of CEO in charge of Country Managers supports, new subsidiaries development while managing C-Level searches for international clients in China and Asia.

TALENT FISHERS创建于2007年，是猎头与人力资源咨询集团，专注亚洲市场。集团共有6个办事处，通过专业的团队，将最好的服务覆盖到整个亚洲范围。Fabien来自法国西北部的诺班底，15年前与妻子来到上海定居，至今已有4个女儿。Fabien是TALENT FISHERS的创始人，目前任职CEO，负责支持各大区总经理、新子公司的发展，同时管理在中国和亚洲的国际客户对C-level高管的猎头工作。

Founder of HORIZON, Eric is headhunter for 12 years focus on Retail / FMCG & Services. Used to be HR in France, Belgium and Taiwan.
Living in Shanghai for 6 years, he came for Marseilles & Paris.

HORIZON创立于2018年，是一家从事猎头、招聘、评估、研讨和培训的咨询公司。HORIZON已秉持坚持不懈和契约精神，为客户提供OOTB（开箱即用）的解决方案。

Eric是HORIZON的创始人，有着12年的零售、快消品和服务业的猎头经验，曾在法国、比利时和台湾等国家与地区工作。Eric来自巴黎，6年前来到上海长居。
