江古雷博士任职于HEC Montréal（加拿大蒙特利尔大学高等商学院）Pierre-Péladeau （皮埃尔·贝拉多，魁北克法语传媒大亨）领导力主席团。他主要从事领导力心理学、创业学及工作中的情绪管理方面的教学和研究。同时他也是中国企业管理及领导力研究的专家。

Jean Sébastien Goulet, Ph. D. is the researcher at the HEC Montréal - Pierre-Péladeau Chair of Leadership. His main teaching and research topics are Psychology of Leadership, Entrepreneurship Thinking, and Management of Emotions at work. He is also a specialist of Chinese Management of Leadership.

2010年，江博士在加拿大和中国创立了“江古雷教育”，旨在全球各地组织战略培训和举办领导力研讨会，打造青年“领袖堂”学术计划，帮助他们取得更大的成就。

In 2010, Dr. Goulet founded Jean S. Goulet Education in Canada and China, aims to organize strategic trainings and holds business seminars on leadership in various countries, and to develop the “Leader's Apprentice” academic program for young leaders and help them lead others into greater achievements.
