宜居城市对社会的可持续发展和生态环境至关重要。它不仅是一个普遍的定义，还包括文化多样性，包容性和变革性因素。本次论坛邀请丹麦和中国城市规划行业的专家围绕宜居城市或“宜居性”的定义、文化及经验教训三个方面展开讨论，共同学习，激励和探讨中国与丹麦宜居城市的发展道路。

A livable city is vital to the sustainable development of society and the ecological environment. It is not only a universal human definition, but also includes cultural diversity, inclusiveness, and transformative factors. This forum invites Danish and Chinese urban planning industry experts to discuss the three aspects of definition, culture and learning around the creation of livable cities or “livability”, to learn, inspire and discuss together the path of livable cities in China and Denmark.

论坛背景BACKGROUND

2015年，联合国可持续发展首脑会议正式通过了17项可持续发展目标，旨在通过综合方式全面解决2015年至2030年各国社会，经济和环境方面的发展问题，向可持续发展转型。这一会议的成果与（几乎）所有国家于气候变化缔约方大会第21届会议巴黎会议达成的承诺一起，构成了所有城市变革的驱动因素。

In 2015, the United Nations Sustainable Development Summit officially adopted 17 sustainable development goals that aim to completely solve the developmental problems of the social, economic and environmental dimensions from 2015 to 2030 in an integrated manner and for all nations despite stage to turn to the path of sustainable development. This together with the commitment of all nations (almost) to the Paris Agenda of COP 21 on Climate change are drivers of change to all cities.

目前中国正在经历一场大规模的城市化进程，交通拥堵，环境污染，公共资源不足以及人口老龄化等城市挑战日益突出......“以人为本”已成为中国“十三五”规划的核心。同时，新发布的“2035年北京城市总体规划”旨在将北京建设成为一个更宜居的城市和中国首都。丹麦和哥本哈根也面临着一些相同的挑战，并且一直在寻求解决方案，希望通过技术和生态宜居城市的结合在2025年之前成为世界上最早实现零碳状态的城市之一。

China is experiencing a large-scale urbanization process and with process also an increasingly prominent urban challenges of traffic congestion, environmental pollution, insufficient public resources, and an aging population are on the rise... “People-oriented” has been established as the core in China’s 13th 5Y Plan together with the newly release of Beijing Urban Master Plan 2035 attains to built a more livable city and capital of China. Denmark and Copenhagen are facing some of the same challenges and for some time seeking for solutions and aiming to become one of the first cities in the world to reach a zero carbon status by 2025 through both technology and combining the making of ecologically livable cities.

But what can be extracted from these cities on a more general level and what should be more strongly fused by locality to re-vitalize our cities, difference in cultures, time and place in a world of globalism…
