PhD of Continental philosophy in Warwick University, UK. Cofounder of Shanghai Studies Society（http://shanghaistudies.net）, founding member of research hub Hacked Matter (www.hackedmatter.com), dedicated to investigating the process of technological innovation in China. Latest book Shanghai Future: Modernity Remade was published by Hurst/Oxford University Press in 2014.

安娜·格林斯潘 博士

上海纽约大学全球当代媒体助理教授，交互媒体艺术项目副主任，英国华威大学大陆哲学博士。在华威就读期间参与创办了“控制论文化研究团体”（ccru）。近期的研究关注中国网络文化、无线媒体、中国现代性，以及技术哲学。上海研习社（http://shanghaistudies.net）的联合创办人之一,“黑客问题”研究中心(http://www.hackedmatter.com）的创始成员，致力于研究追踪中国技术创新进程。近期著作《上海未来：重塑的现代性》由牛津大学出版社于2014年出版。

Dr Gao Feng

CEO of SODA Data Tech, Co-founder of Open Data China, PhD in Human-Computer Interaction at University of Southampton, UK. Since 2013, he started advocating and researching open data in China and has worked with World Bank, Web Foundation, British Embassy, and Fudan University. He co-founded the very first civic group on open data in 2014, and co-initiated the Shanghai Open Data Apps (SODA) in 2015. His current work is focused on researching and designing city data innovation ecosystem.

上海苏打数据科技有限公司CEO，开放数据中国联合创始人，英国南安普敦大学人机交互博士。自2013年起开始工作在开放数据的倡导、研究和咨询上，先后和世界银行、万维网基金会、英国驻华使馆、复旦大学等组织机构开展合作。2014年联合发起中国第一个开放数据社群“开放数据中国”，2015年联合发起SODA大赛（上海开放数据创新应用大赛）。目前工作在城市数据创新生态体系的理论研究、工具开发和服务咨询。
