为更好的向外籍创业者推介柯桥的创业环境、创业政策，寻求与当地企业的合作机会，吸引外籍人才来柯桥创新创业。经与浙江千人计划绍兴产业园（绍兴金柯桥科技城）建设管理委员会前期沟通交流，拟联合浙江（绍兴）外国高端人才创新集聚区举办“才聚笛里智创未来”海外企业家柯桥交流会
