Oliver, the co-founder of Constructive.xyz, will be the third guest speaker for our Innovation Fridays series. He will provide with fresh new insights into the relationship between imagination and innovation. 

How imagination drives innovation

Innovation becomes even more critical in terms of an economy's ability to foster future prosperity. It is therefore vital that leaders from government, business, civil society work collaboratively to create education systems and enable environments which foster innovation.

Innovation is a process result,  you’re not going to get innovation if you don’t have imagination.

This innovation Fridays’s speaker focus will be on imagination, and the activity he does with people will look at the different types of imagination and how we favour different types for problem solving.

About Oliver Clark

Oliver co-founded Constructive.xyz two years ago in Shanghai to bring the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®  method to teams in China. Since then he has worked with some of the most progressive and successful teams in the region on issues ranging from business process reengineering to uncovering of team culture and identity.

Originally from Oxford in England, Oliver has spent the last eleven years in Seoul, Tokyo and Shanghai running projects for global leaders in engineering, IT and management consulting. Specialising in project management, business processes and business analysis, Oliver built a comprehensive understanding of people, teams and organisations, in varied geographic and cultural environments, the nature of business and the tools we use to support it all.
