Julien Sicard (COO) is a graduate from Institute of Political Science, passionate about e-commerce. He has developed Shopify for dozens of e-commerce platform customers and is a follower of growth hacking with the ability to identify the best elements and plan internal strategies.

Julien Sicard

    Julien Sicard is a French entrepreneur based in France and China. He is graduate from Institude of Political Science.

Passionate about e-commerce, he has developed Shopify for dozens of e-commerce platform customers.

A follower of Growth-Hacking, he believes deeply that it is possible to develop his visibility with a limited budget. According to him, the creation of a sustainable community remains the heart of the success of a project in Digital Marketing.

His ability to identify the best elements, and to plan strategies internally, led him to be in charge of the operational questions of Genius Encel.

Thibaut Billerot

    Thibaut Billerot is the CEO and CoFounder of Genius Encel, a Digital Agency specialized into E-commerce and Support of Tech. Projects. Engineer from ESME Sudria, he developped a lot of technological projects. He started studying business and entrepreneurship very early after realizing the importance of the business aspect, and how it is relevant to master Digital tools today to launch a company efficiently. He built a lot of e-commerce store and website for famous brands and companies, then founded Genius Encel in 2018. Also very experienced in design, he combines these skills with the knowledge of user experience and ergonomics he learnt with engineering.
